HELLOFRESH – ONE POT ITALIAN WEDDING SOUP [w/ subs]



00:00:00 – hi guys today we're making one pot
00:00:02 – Italian Wedding soup with pork meatballs

00:00:26 – bowl a medium pot and some olive oil
00:00:30 – alright but in the actual recipe itself
00:00:33 – we've got a big kind of pale complexion

00:00:39 – we've got some ground pork for the
00:00:42 – resolve some parmesans some Israeli
00:00:47 – couscous some Italian seasoning some
00:00:57 – panko two things of chicken concentrates
00:01:03 – a carrot ricotta garlic and there is a
00:01:11 – onion this in the freezer
00:01:13 – okay so since you don't need a whole lot
00:01:17 – your tips I think you're just basically
00:01:18 – going to have to cut up all the
00:01:22 – vegetables and then make the meatballs
00:01:23 – so let's get started with defective part
00:01:29 – i'm going to step up the onion peel the
00:01:32 – carrot to chop that up top us throw it
00:01:36 – too and i'm going to make the meatballs

00:04:40 – ok now we're going to add a cup of water
00:04:47 – also going to add in the stock
00:04:59 – concentrates resident alright I'm going
00:05:07 – to have to heal a little bit because I
00:05:11 – want this to boil once this is going to
00:05:16 – boil then we're going to just turn on
00:05:18 – the heat to simmer

00:05:24 – ok so basically I'm just going to gently
00:05:27 – for the meatballs it's not to overwork
00:05:30 – it because that will cost the we've also
00:05:32 – lose their fluffiness so you're going to
00:05:35 – want about a half table or a heaping
00:05:40 – tablespoons of mixture for each so I'm

00:06:59 – ok so the last thing to do is to put the
00:07:02 – kale it's a lot of kale and now all the

00:07:16 – ok so i managed to get all of it in
00:07:31 – other things out on the floor because
00:07:34 – this giant bag is a pain in the b***
00:07:36 – so you have four minutes i'm going to
00:07:39 – add some salt pepper and we're going to
00:07:40 – plate and sprinkle with parmesan cheese
00:07:42 – and over so i'll be back to show you
00:07:44 – what it looks like when it's all done
00:07:47 – ok here it is i'm going to eat it

00:07:53 – taste but I think of it
00:07:54 – alright I'm back after eating the soup
00:07:59 – ok so I am underwhelmed
00:08:06 – there wasn't enough seasoning like think
00:08:10 – it was a tablespoon of Italian seasoning
00:08:13 – and put half into meatballs and having
00:08:16 – soup and I wish there was more seasoning
00:08:19 – i was serious different kinds of
00:08:20 – seasoning other than just the italian
00:08:23 – seasoning and salt and pepper
00:08:25 – I had to feel a lot of salt to make it
00:08:28 – even edible the meatballs with the best
00:08:37 – part i kind of wish that I just use the
00:08:40 – meatballs by themselves
00:08:42 – kale still not my favorite but I ate it
00:08:46 – i wish that it had been cooked longer
00:08:48 – maybe but I know a guy just wish there
00:08:54 – was more seasoning I don't know what she
00:08:57 – means that to put in it but like i said
00:08:59 – i had to use a lot of salt added some
00:09:02 – herb blend thing that I have that you
00:09:07 – guys heard me talk about before and it's
00:09:11 – got a bunch of different herbs and only
00:09:13 – then that did it even tastes remotely
00:09:15 – like like I wasn't just eating meatballs
00:09:18 – and water because that's how it tasted
00:09:20 – it is like a meeting you got some water
00:09:22 – and that being said I think soup is
00:09:26 – something that you kind of have
00:09:28 – to make you have to kind of build up the
00:09:34 – flavor of it and that takes a little
00:09:37 – longer than you know like 30 minutes or
00:09:39 – whatever but the meatballs for good
00:09:44 – I enjoyed them very much i like they
00:09:45 – were caught in them I've never had
00:09:47 – meatballs the ricotta in them so that
00:09:49 – was a nice little portion of it but yeah
00:09:53 – alright so i know i am super behind on
00:09:57 – videos
00:09:59 – sorry that you're about to get probably
00:10:01 – like three years for all together at
00:10:04 – once i totally forgot to post a video
00:10:08 – from the very last video for last week
00:10:10 – for some reason it just kind of slipped

00:10:19 – so we've decided to kind of put blue
00:10:21 – apron on the back burner because we
00:10:24 – looked at all the recipes and we just
00:10:26 – didn't see the problem really is that I
00:10:30 – really wanted to pick three things that
00:10:34 – I wanted and it would never let me pick
00:10:38 – the three things that I wanted to it was
00:10:39 – if i wanted to go pick one thing to
00:10:43 – thing for block out and I couldn't get
00:10:45 – those two things so it was always like
00:10:47 – me having to get only one or two recipes
00:10:50 – that i really liked and a third one that
00:10:52 – I definitely wasn't going to eat so we
00:10:57 – are thinking about trying either home
00:10:59 – chef or plated so if you have a
00:11:03 – preference on either one of those things
