00:00:53 – medium heat so into our liquidiser we're
00:00:56 – going to check in 100 grams buckwheat
00:00:59 – flour 100 grams of rice flour and 75

00:04:32 – the beautiful thing about this recipe

00:04:37 – that you just use a nice sprig of
00:04:39 – rosemary kicked in some maple syrup and
00:04:43 – you're going to brush your pancake with
00:04:46 – the syrup erase my losses and it makes

00:04:54 – that I never thought doing that I think
