Easy Glazed Lil Smokies (Sweet & Tangy) [w/ subs]

00:00:19 – and then we're gonna add in our dice
00:00:20 – onions
00:00:21 – mmm we're gonna cook those onions until
00:00:23 – they are met and translucent and then
00:00:26 – we're gonna throw in our garlic where's
00:00:29 – the girl that there's the garlic throw
00:00:30 – in that garlic minced garlic and just go
00:00:32 – ahead and sauté that old up until it
00:00:34 – starts smelling all fragrance now it's
00:00:36 – time for our ketchup chili sauce and
00:00:37 – brown sugar rush
00:00:40 – there's my catch up going in and then
00:00:42 – we're going to add in our chili schloss
00:00:44 – here and then I'm going to add in my
00:00:47 – brown sugar just dump that brown sugar

00:01:04 – bit of Dijon mustard to give it a little

00:01:24 – smoked paprika i love this stuff ok and

00:01:32 – we're gonna add in water here okay now
00:01:34 – before we add in our smoke is go ahead
00:01:35 – and taste that sauce it should be bold

00:01:40 – the sauce is very sweet because the
00:01:42 – Smokies are really really salty so we
00:01:45 – have that sweet and tangy sauce paired
00:01:46 – with the saltiness it works perfect okay
00:01:49 – i got my little smokies in their names
00:01:51 – like this simmer until the sauce
00:01:53 – thickens up to my liking ok just like
00:01:56 – this right here look how it cuts that
00:01:57 – little sausage perfect i love that but
00:02:00 – yeah it's done
00:02:01 – garnish it with some parsley if you want
00:02:03 – to okay i'm gonna go ahead and place it
00:02:05 – into my little serving bowl like this

00:02:10 – a really easy homemade glaze to go on

00:02:14 – going on there and i'm using the turkey
00:02:16 – sausage I prefer the turkey little

00:02:20 – okay but let me go and fight this will

00:02:24 – yeah that turkey sausage just aware that
